1. What is the return policy?

We offer a 48-hours return window on unused items that are in original condition with tags and packaging. Please refer to our separate Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) on all orders. You can pay when the product is delivered.

3. Is shipping free?

Yes!

• Free Shipping on all orders within Pakistan.

4. What is the delivery time?

• All orders are dispatched on the same day (if placed before 09:00 PM).
• Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within Pakistan.

5. How do I get delivery notification?

You will receive:

• WhatsApp message on delivery
• SMS notification
• Phone call from the delivery boy after delivery

6. Do you offer international shipping?

No, international shipping is not available at this time.

7. How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within same day after order confirmation.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

9. Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, you can update your shipping address before we ship your order.

10. Are personalized/custom products eligible for return?

No. Personalized and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
